No, we do not sell used clothing. All of our clothing brand new, unworn. (We have heard the horror stories around town, and do not engage in such activities.)

We now carry petticoats but not sold separately at this time. The option to add a matching petticoat to a saree is available.
Yes, we carry a variety of menswear for weddings and we're working on publishing them online as well.
It will depend on the fabric and whether or not there is any embroidery work on it. Generally, it is advised against it if any hand embroidery is on the garment. Dry Cleaning is always the safest route.
There are many factors in play with custom order items none more important than labor hours needed to complete the dress and logistics. In-house designs are typically carried out from our New Delhi workshop in under 3 weeks, others may take up to 5 weeks depending on our designer partners. Any edits or revisions will further the delivery time but the end product will blow you away!
You do not have to purchase a blouse from us. We can alter your blouse any way you like.
Normal time is 2.5 to 3 weeks from the time measurements are taken. IF you need it in a hurry, we can accomplish it within 3 days by rush order.
No worries at all. We will revise the blouse until you are totally satisfied on rush order at no extra cost.
Yes, you may. But we cannot guarantee precise fitting without taking your size in-person. If you are unable to meet, then you must take the proper measurements of the areas we would need yourself.
We offer a full service alterations. This can include Blouse fitting, Adding/trimming of sleeves, waist adjustments, even altering a blouse into another dress,raw fabric, or anything else.
After your order is placed, let us know you need tailoring by selecting the "request tailoring" option.

Yes, you can cancel any order for a full refund right up until it has shipped or begun alterations.

Absolutely, as long as the item is unworn, in the same condition that you received it in and shipped to us within the 2-day Return/Exchange Window. To make this request, please reach us at email@example.com within 24 hours of your package's arrival.
You will not be refunded for shipping barring any promotional offer at the time of purchase. And we do not cover the cost of Return Shipping.
You can exchange your dress for another size in the same dress as long as it is not custom tailored. We do not offer store credit or other kind of exchanges at this time.
If the item is custom tailored and does not fit, it cannot be returned. We recommend you take the garment to a local tailor as we leave a 2 inch margin on most of our garments for revisions.
