Use of the Website is offered to you, based on the conditional acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, along with any amendments made by IFX at it's sole discretion and posted on the Website, including by way of impose and modify any additional charge for access to or use of a Service.
IFX agrees to deliver the merchandise ordered by you only at such locations as per the Order Confirmation Form.
The Website is a platform that facilitates the online sale and purchase of branded merchandise and services offered by IFX various associate/ registered merchants/ vendors at a discounted price ("Services"). The Services are offered to the Users through various modes which shall include the issue of coupons that can be redeemed may subject to restricted and unrestricted tenures.

Returns and Exchange
Indiafashionxpress.com gives you the option to Return only sarees that are in an "unstitched" state(untailored material) and/or have not been custom tailormade in any way within the Return/Exchange Window. All other products are not accepted for returns at this time. For safety, please always read the product descriptions to determine if a saree is stitched or unstitched.
Indiafashionxpress.com gives you the option to exchange any item in the store for the same product in another size or if faulty. We allow only 1x exchange per order.
If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you can request a return/or exchange for the unworn item within 2 days of the shipping provider's confirmed delivered date. Beyond that time, we reserve the right to refuse any request.
Other Conditions For Returns and Exchanges:
Product with a Manufacturing Defect should be returned/exchanged unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled in any way WILL NOT not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. NOTE: As a standard loss-prevention practice, each item is examined and photographed prior to being shipped to the customer to ensure quality.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
Unidentifiable returns may be returned to the sender.
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
Goods are considered faulty only if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the correct same size, subject to availability, and our own investigation. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
All custom-made orders are non-returnable. This includes stitched sarees, salwar-kameez, and Lehengas. Saree blouses and blouse(tops). Men's and Kidswear.
In case of any return/store credit or alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
In an order, if there are more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.
We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
That there will be a restocking fee deducted from your refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns on Made-To-Order items since they are custom fit to specific needs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return items back to us within 2 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot refund any used item. Please follow the quick and easy steps below;
(i)Email us and request a return form. Fill out the form for return.
(ii)Enclose your form with the item, and package up securely; please use the original packaging.
(iii)Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed.

Can I cancel/return part of my order?
You can cancel any part of the entire order just as long as it has not begun processing after which the order will need to be fulfilled. You can return any part or whole order if the item(s) is eligible for return and within the Return/Exchange Window.
What should I do if the order I receive is incorrect?
If you receive items you did not order or if items are missing from your order, please call our customer service desk to reorder items or to refund them.
Can I return/exchange SALE ITEMS?
Sale items may be refunded as long as it is an item that is eligible for return under the guidelines stated above. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged in most cases due to limited availability.
We ship all domestic orders using USPS or Fedex. There is a standard flat rate fee of $10.00/item purchased. We currently do not ship Internationally. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

In the rare event a revision to the alteration is needed, we handle it right away, free of charge.
After your order is placed, you may elect to have the garment custom tailored by us prior to shipping. This will require measurements to be submitted to us and additional processing time of 2 weeks. We may contact you directly for measurement related inquires.
