Shipping Charges are based on a flat rate charge for shipping destinations within US or Canada only. Further discounts are applicable during IFX promotional periods.
All products are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Ground — $8 flat rate, $10 flat rate (to Canada)
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Exchanges of equal or greater value are made possible within 10-days of receiving the item, barring availability of sizes and stock AND was not custom tailored by us or 3rd party.
Still, some conditions do apply, such as non-material smells, odors or damage to the clothing. If damage is believed to be on your part, we will can will return article of clothing at your own cost.
At IFX, we ensure an upfront Cancellation and Return Policy with your best interests at heart.
- Once order is placed, we will reserve a 48 hr period for processing. During this time you may Cancel Your Order for any reason.
- Once the processing period has passed, if your order requires it (on garments requiring precise fitting or are unstitched at time of purchased), it will undergo the Custom Tailoring phase. This can take anywhere from 7-10 days to complete. During this period you can no longer cancel your order since custom alterations based on your specifications have already been made to your order.
- After you have received the item and wish to return it, you must take the following steps:
- Determine if it is (a) the wrong item shipped, or (b) damaged in transit. All items are inspected for defects prior to shipping to customer
- Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the product(s). We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- send a Return Authorization Form immediately, before shipping to us.
- If we have determined the error is our own we will issue you a full refund and pay for the return Shipping.
- You must ship the returning package to us within 5 days of receiving it.

- Any returns upon delivery of the product at the customer's cost unless there is any discrepancy in the product which is contrary to the customer's order /www.indiafashionxpress.com details.
- We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorisation Form.
- Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
- We do not accept any returns after 5 days of receiving the shipment.
- We would not accept returns of any product, that was bought during a discount sale or an offer.
- All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
- Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
Refund on Returns:
- We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
- There is an admin / credit card commission cost of 10% of the final order value (5% while accepting and 5% while refunding if refund is issued back to the credit card). If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.
- In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
